GLOBAL CRISES

Humanity faces a multiplicity of global crises – all having the same cause: A rule of law that is rooted in archaic and Ptolemaic philosophies.

Capitalism – the freedom to create, own, and trade assets – has lost its compass. It has been transformed into debt-based capitalism – into what the first lawgivers called "usury." And "usury," most people will tell you, has

  • Perverted the law
  • Indentured the masses
  • Privatized the benefits from science, and
  • Trumped democracy

– on an unfathomed scale.

We, the life-mind of the world, need a brand new law, if we are to avoid the cataclysmic consequences of archaic law:

  • Massive global debts
  • Long vicious wars
  • Global out-of-control human migrations, and
  • Climate catastrophes.

PURPOSE OF THIS SITE

In this website, I argue in favor of a brand new law – a law that transcends Hammurabic, Mosaic, and current Anglo-American law. I argue in favor of completing what Jefferson failed or was not allowed to complete.

My research, findings, and conclusions regarding debt-based capitalism are presented in two volumes I completed in 1998:

The next task – for all of us who care – is to

  • Develop the ground for the new law, develop totally new foundations for the law, and draft this new law
  • Rally the people worldwide in support of the new law
  • Plan and execute the decisive political action to give global assent to the new law.

GUIDING PRINCIPLE

The guiding principle of the task is this: The rule of law must be replaced by the rule of justice – through peaceful means.
